Whether we are parenting 1, 2 or more little ones, we know how important it is for us to 'fill our own cups up'. Yet do we do it? Sometimes, we take a few hours here and there, now and then we'll do something just for us. Is that enough? No.

Is there actually a way we can have both: a family and a healthy mind body and soul? Yes. This is about exactly that.

A practical and straightforward introduction to how you can stay sane whilst parenting. How when you look within, you need to look outside less. How when your needs are met, you can meet your families needs a lot easier, less struggle and more energy.

You don't have to be a certain type of parent, you can just be You and your family will thrive from it.

How it works:

*you will receive an email with some questions to help me tailor the sessions to you

*you can follow your class up with some extra support sessions if you wish


LA MAMA group courses are open to mum and her birthing partner(s). Groups are small (3 couples max) so there's always plenty of time to ask as many questions as you like and I'm able to tailor a lot of the course to you personally. I also like to keep groups small so that you feel as comfortable as possible and it keeps the setting intimate and reassuring. It's also a great opportunity to meet other mamas and their birth partners that are all embarking on the same parenthood boat!

The course includes:

  • The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill (in person courses only)

  • 6 Guided hypnosis and relaxation tracks to download

  • La Mama Course Book and lots of great handouts throughout the course to support you

  • My support and availability on the phone and email from the moment you book for as long as you need it.

  • postnatal reunion, a lovely way to meet up again and show off your little bundles :) 

In person courses: when they start up again, spaces get booked up fast as they are small groups so please get in touch if you have any questions to ensure you do not miss out on a space.

Online rolling course: You are free to join any class once signed up, as long as you do them in order. For example if you want to do session 1 to session 3 in one month and then take a break, you can do session 4 and 5 the following month. You can also repeat the live classes if you wish.
